Welcome friends, I’m Rosie, the heart behind Sunshine Kits. I was born and raised in Plant City, Florida, where I grew up on a farm helping my grandpa pick corn and my grandma shell peas. Those simple moments taught me the value of hard work, homemade goodness, and the joy of giving—lessons that have stayed with me ever since.

Today, I live in Bartow, Florida, with my husband and three children, and my passion for gifting has only grown stronger. Giving is my love language, and I truly believe that even a small, thoughtful gift can brighten someone’s day. I started Sunshine Kits because I know how challenging it can be to shop for the person who has everything or to find a gift that feels truly personal. The best gifts aren’t about price tags—they’re about heart.

Every Sunshine Kit is carefully curated with homemade treats, handcrafted goods, and thoughtful touches, inspired by my love of baking, crafting, and creating meaningful moments. And, of course, no care package is complete without something sweet—Homemade Butter Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookies are my absolute favorite and often make an appearance in our Care Kits!
